  1. This promotion is only open and applicable to the purchase of specific qualifying products. A list of qualifying products can be found at www.intermecrewards.eu.
  2. This promotion is open to resellers in the EU only and is valid until 31.03.10 only.
  3. This promotion is not open to employees of Intermec, their families or Intermec distributors.
  4. This promotion is not valid with any other Intermec offer, special pricing or price exception and is only valid on sales made by an reseller through an Intermec appointed distributor. Notwithstanding this restriction, a price reduction promotion for switching to Intermec's PF8T valued at less than 100 GBP or Euro shall not be considered special pricing for this provision.
  5. In order to qualify, the reseller must submit your application within 14 days of purchasing your product.
  6. The closing date for applications is 14th April 2010. Any applications received after this date will be deemed invalid.
  7. To qualify for the promotion you must send the following documents:
    • A fully completed £10/€10 Cash Back Programme claim form - this can be found at www.intermecrewards.eu.
    • A copy of the distributors' invoice clearly detailing the purchase of the product and dated within the promotional period, scanned and attached to the online claim form.
    • Submission of the documents required by this section constitutes the information provider's permission for Intermec to use the information under the Data Protection Act or similar laws.
  8. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, a refund for the relevant amount will be paid to you by third party online payment transfer within 56 days of receipt of your application.
  9. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  10. Applications will be screened for validity to ensure that:
    • The transaction made is a bona fide purchase of the qualifying product.
    • The qualifying product has not subsequently been returned to the distributor.
  11. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the cash back claim period and if the cash back claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be void. A claim may be submitted for a subsequent order that meets the program criteria. If the product is returned after the cash back claim has been accepted and paid, it is at Intermec's discretion to deduct the cash back amount from any future refunds relating to this order.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, are late, damaged or misdirected, as a result of any network, computer hardware or software. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  13. Intermec reserves the right to withhold a cash back reimbursement if there is cause to believe a claim is made other than in accordance with these conditions.
  14. The customer claiming for cash back reimbursement will be responsible for any tax implications there may be.
  15. As part of applying for and receiving a cash back reimbursement, it is the responsibility of any company to consider and act upon the local tax laws.
  16. This cash back reimbursement will not affect your statutory rights.
  17. Intermec reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to end this promotion at any time.
